Superb Restaurant with much less inventory and faster turnaround time. Productivity of the chefs was amazing. It was great to see a multi skilled chef as one at Benihana. The costing pattern is sensible. Should look for expansion throughout the country. Such an experience would become popular with the Indian audience in no time. From the operational point of view, it is a pretty profitable business model.

Really very good prawn and chicken. The ambience was just OK but the staff was attentive and good. The best thing is that the chef is preparing the meal right in front of you making you crave for it even more.

Went for Halloween also again as experience very good. Have live cooking Japanese chefs very entertaining . price ok Also have bento meals.
